The rumor is true, next up in Myles Chefetz's repertoire is Prime Fish, an upscale, seafood-savvy restaurant set to open in the former Nemo space. According to a press release, the new Miami Beach Restaurant, located at 100 Collins Avenue, will be under the direction of corporate chef Michael Sabin and director of operations John Hart. As per specific offerings, Prime Fish will feature Nemo classics like wok charred wild king salmon and Prime 112 cuts of meat and the option of selecting a fresh-caught item (sourced both locally and world-wide) and having it prepared to your liking.
According to Miami.com, the restaurant is scheduled to open "last week of January or beginning of February."
