CORAL GABLES/SOUTH MIAMI — Pincho Factory's celebrating their four year anniversary with a special craft beer collaboration. The restaurant's teaming up with Wynwood Brewing Company to create a brew that commemorates the first store, which CEO Nedal Ahmad apparently opened with only $6.27 in his bank account. Thus, this beer (a Farmhouse Saison brewed with key lime peel and coriander).will be dubbed the Pincho Factory 627 Ale. It'll be available at both Pincho Factory locations, for $6.27 a pint, just in time for their November 6 anniversary. [EaterWire]
