Healthy Mexican cuisine is the idea behind the latest Lincoln Road eatery, Tocaya Organica. The restaurant, which has a two locations in Los Angeles and San Diego, was brought to South Florida by Chris Paciello and Mio Danilovic — the same guys behind the nightclub, Rockwell.
On the fast-casual menu are a variety of salads, tacos, bowls, burritos and wraps handmade to-order with choice of sustainable proteins like chicken, beef, and fish, plus an entire vegan menu for those so inclined. A variety of juices, teas, and coffees are also on hand.
Tocaya Organica is now open at 920 Lincoln Road on Miami Beach from 11 a.m. to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
