Just in time for bikini season, Rosa Mexicano has a new "Healthy & Organic" menu that will be available from Wednesday, May 19 through June 13. The menu features "slimmed down versions" of the classics. Think vegetable tacos in flax seed tortillas; grouper steamed in banana leaves, sprouted quinoa and jicama salad; and antioxidant-rich aguas frescas such as blueberry-beet and cucumber-tangerine.
