Reopening on November 27 after chef Jonathan Wright fled Miami for the swank, Sandy Lane Resort in Barbados: The Grill at The Setai, featuring executive chef David Werly, formerly of Le Cirque in las Vegas. The European-inspired menu will feature seafood and charcuterie "with a modern twist." Think terrine de foie gras with Sauternes [sic?] gelly and apricot puree; oyster beignet with Jerusalem artichoke mousseline and caviar; and Kaffir lime parfait with mango, kiwi salad and white chocolate crust. “The cuisine in The Grill is ingredient driven, seasonal, and plated in a harmoniously elegant and satisfying manner,” said Werly. Prices range from $12 to $36 per plate. Dinner is served Sun-Wed from 7pm to 11pm. 305-520-6400. [EaterWire]
