The Forbes (formerly Mobil) Travel Guide Annual Star Awards for 2011 didn't feature any 5-star restos in Florida, but there were several 4-star winners in Miami, including Palme d'Or, Azul (based on Clay Conley's tenure there), Blue Door Fish (probably based on its previous incarnation sans the "Fish"), Wish, and NAOE, the only restaurant that's not part of a hotel with an army of employees, and only 1 of 3 Japanese restaurants with at least 4 stars in the entire North America. We spoke to the mastermind behind NAOE, chef Kevin Cory, who said "We're very surprised! I can die now." Uh, no you can't. But congrats to all! [EaterWire]
