No New Times review this week and from the Herald, Kendall's Trattoria Dolce Vita, which reviewer Jodi Mailander Farrell says "is a place where a pleasurable dining experience is a particular joy." Menu is Italian with "nods at Latin America and Spain." Chef hails from Norman's, Caffe Abbracci and Ortanique. Lots worked, including house made burrata, "fresh" gnocchi, "perfectly pan seared red snapper fillet," and "rich, creamy and smoky champagne risotto topped with grilled squid." Bottom line: three stars. [Miami.com]
