NYC celebrity chef, Marcus Samuelsson, has taken to the streets to promote his memoir, Yes, Chef. Continuing the book tour, Samuelsson will be stopping in Miami on July 26, starting with an autograph session at Whole Foods Coral Gables (6701 Red Road) from noon to 2 p.m. The James Beard winner will continue his Miami retreat by taking over the kitchen at Michael's Genuine at 7 p.m. that evening. Teaming up with MGFD chefs Michael Schwartz and Bradley Herron and pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith, Samuelsson will craft a four course family-style menu that "combines their culinary styles to trace the narrative of Yes, Chef". The Yes, Chef feast will also feature wine pairings from the MGFD wine director, Eric Larkee. Each ticket, available here, is $150 per person and comes with an autographed copy of Yes, Chef.
