Boyton Beach - Chef Seth Kirschbaum, the former executive chef at Sublime and Darbster, has started a Kickstarter campaign in order to raise money for Boynton Beach's "first 100 percent vegan, organic and cruelty-free restaurant," which he intents to call Sage Wine Bar, according to Clean Plate Charlie. Brickell - Cochon 555 has released the names of the competing chefs who will be participating in their extravaganza of pork on February 9th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell. According to miami.com, the culinary tour, which focuses on the deliciousness of heritage breed pigs, will feature Bradley Herron of Michael's Genuine Food and Drink, Jose Mendin of The Pubbelly Group, Dena Marino of MC Kitchen, Conor Hanlon of The Dutch, and Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar will go snout to snout and each prepare a whole pig to be voted upon by guests and judges.
