Chef Richard Hales has gotten way more than his 15 minutes of fame this year, and for good reason. Most newly, his latest restaurant, Blackbrick Chinese, has caught the attention of Bon Appétit magazine restaurant and drinks editor Andrew Knowlton. So much so, actually, that it's the only Miami restaurant to be included in their round up of 50 nominees up for the title of America's Best New Restaurants 2014. Here's the full round up. Bon Appetit writes, "the real draw is the drop-dead, seriously delicious food. And with fresh, inventive dishes like smacked cucumber pungent with smoked garlic or lobster fried rice, it's hard to go wrong with any of them."
