Status: Opening Wednesday, October 28, Salsa Fiesta Urban Mexican Grill is a mouthful of many things much to the delight of those starving for something other than the Biscayne Corridor's reigning taqueria (sorry Ver Daddy's), Taco Bell. Billing itself as healthy and fresh, the Salsa Fiesta menu features an unabridged list of Mexican and Latin influenced dishes from classic tacos and burritos to fajitas and dubiously named salads like the Urban Bowl---a tortilla-less burrito with cilantro-lime rice, pinto or black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, homemade guacamole, and salsa. Decor is industrial and cheeky, with Spanglish writing on the walls and original art by Venezeuelan artist Nadia Benatar. There's also a kids' menu. Beer only.
