Finally, something other than a steakhouse, sushi joint or Italian restaurant has opened in the city—in downtown, too! Wok Town is a most welcome, buzzy Asian noodle bar owned by a Miss Yip expat, with speedy counter service and big bowls of steaming hot noodles, noodles and more noodles. For the noodle-phobe, there are rice bowls and assorted proteins to choose from as well. Eat in or dine out, but order at your own risk. Portions are huge, but with prices ranging from $8-$12 per entree, it's okay if you over order.
