Status: Midtown Miami is hip, yes, but after today it'll be a whole lot cheesier with the grand opening of Weston-import (!), the Cheese Course Bistro and Market. The cute, 1600 square-foot-space stinks—in the best possible way, of course, with over 150 specialty cheeses from around the world. No need to pull an I Love Lucy and smuggle the stuff from overseas anymore. Par for the, uh, course, there's also an assortment of wines, meats, breads, fruits and spreads to mix and match with the fromage. For those who want to get educated, expect many wine and cheese events that go way beyond your store-bought block of cheddar and Chardonnay.
