According to Short Order, Sushi Samba offshoot Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill will make its Midtown debut during Art Basel complete with requisite Basel-worthy, hipster approved graffiti exhibition. But about the food. Thankfully it's not another effing sushi spot. There will be three kitchens, one for cooking meats, one for everything else and a raw bar.
