Short Order got a sneak peek at the soon to open Morgans Restaurant, which is hoping to be up and running in time for Art Basel. Based on the photos they took, we're not so sure if they mean this Basel or next year's, but when it does open it will feature the modern American cuisine of chef Andrew Gilbert of Brooklyn's Northeast Kingdom , who is likely waiting for the ruthless city of Miami inspectors to put their stamp of approval on the place before heading south.
