David Bouley's Evolution at the Ritz Carlton South Beach may have been a big bust, but Bouley's back on the beach for one night only and the status is, well, no reservations. Flying in to prepare a six-course Vernissage-style dinner on Monday, November 30, Bouley was tapped by Audi as the headliner of a fabby event that will unveil the new A8 and debut "The Art of Progress," an exhibition curated by British design star Tom Dixon and the Rubell Family Collection. The dinner, hosted by Lucy Liu and featuring a slew of celebs including one of the Twlilight kids (Kellan Lutz), will take place in the Audi Pavilion at 46th and Collins and is strictly by invitation only. We did, however, manage to snag a copy of the menu. [EaterWire]
