STK Miami Nears Opening, Signs 20 Year Lease Independent of Foreclosed Hotel

This just in: a press release saying that "The ONE Group stands firm with plans to unveil the Miami Beach outposts of STK and [lounge] Coco De Ville just in time for the upcoming holiday season." And although they are also opening just in time for the Gansevoort South to hit the auction block in a foreclosure sale, they say they signed a 20-year lease that operates independently from the hotel.
