Taken right from the Top Chef playbook, we now have 24 Hour Restaurant Battle, a Food Network competition show where two teams must, well, open a restaurant in 24 hours. Chef Scott Conant of NYC and Miami's Scarpetta hosts, and Gabriella Gershenson of TONY and NYC restauranteur Geoffrey Zakarian judge.
