Spotted today on NE 2nd Ave. right across from Kafa Cafe: Ribs-2-Go, yet another mobile eatery making its way in Miami, only this time it was a wooden cart attached to an unhitched trailer and parked on the side of the road. Wisely positioned between Target and holiday traffic, the rib guy was doing a swift business and it was a fun distraction to watch people play Frogger to try to get to him before the light changed again. We rolled down the window to get a whiff of the grill and the rib guy gave us a big thumbs up as if to say, this whole mobile eats thing? It's here to stay and make no bones about it. [EaterWire]
