Cookie Diet Doctor to Meet the Kardashians in Court

Miami-based Cookie Diet doctor Sanford Siegel wants to meet the Kardashians in a courthouse after filing a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian for defaming him and his company via Twitter. Cookie doc says that Kardashian Tweeted that the diet was "unhealthy," and claims she did so because she shills for the competition: Quick Trim. The lawsuit comes after the reality fixture sent a cease and desist letter to Sanford and co. accusing the company of falsely claiming she was endorsing the brand. Which way will the cookie crumble?
