Since the departure of the now completely gone Maison D'Azur, The Angler's Boutique Resort hasn't exactly been a major dining destination. The owners, however, hope to change that with a revamped and newly expanded 660, featuring a new menu, lounge, and sidewalk dining. The new menu, created by chef Giorgio Rapicavoli , features dishes like crispy braised pork belly with maple, sweet potato, pecans, smoked oil, and sea salt; olive oil poached piquillo peppers with goat cheese; and twelve hour braised short ribs with porcini and truffle risotto. There's also a new artisanal cocktail menu and an expanded bar and lounge area inside featuring resident DJ Amália. [EaterWire]
