Food & Wine just published their list of "The World's Top 10 Life-Changing Restaurants". While most of their picks are international destination dining spots, two American restaurants did make the cut: Dan Barber's Blue Hill At Stone Barns, and -- you guessed it -- Sir Thomas Keller's The French Laundry. The other eight, are: el Bulli (Spain), Aronia de Takazawa (Tokyo) Combal.Zero (Italy), Noma (Copenhagen), Mugaritz (Spain), Nihonryori Ryugin (Tokyo), Pierre Gagnaire (Paris), and the Fat Duck (England).
