With the Grammys just a few days away, Blog Downtown gets a tour of the kitchen in charge of feeding the nearly 5,000 music industry people attending the ceremony. Echoing a growing national dining trend, this year's dinner will feature a meal designed around sustainable ingredients, most of which are sourced from within 200 miles of LA's Staples Center. Says a one of the chefs in charge of the dinner "It's been an initiative with the music industry to go this route. We have to have traceability on all of our products."
