After a brief respite from opening hotels and restaurants to become "owners" of the Miami Dolphins, Miami's resident power couple, Gloria and Emilio Estefan along with CB5 Restaurant Group announced plans to open their Bongo's Cuban Cafe in the Seminole Paradise at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in the spring of this year.
