Status: According to Twitter, the SushiSamba offshoot with ambitious intentions of opening during Art Basel is finally ready and will prove it when doors open next Friday, January 15. Unlike its siblings in NYC and Las Vegas where they are known as Sugarcane Lounge, the 4,000+ square foot SUGARCANE (their caps, not ours) Raw Bar isn't solely about swilling, sporting three kitchens and a raw bar.
