We don't know how Michelle Bernstein does it, but in addition to running three restaurants and schlepping to Palm Beach for one of them no less, she also participates in charity events with Daniel Boulud and, on Monday, January 25 at 6 p.m., she's cooking at Clarke's for the Miami Agave Experience. The event features an Agave-based spirits seminar and tasting, all sorts of Tequila-laden cocktails, some by Dale DeGroff, the master mixologist himself, who will also be there, and a four-course dinner by Bernstein and Clarke's chef Robert Mignola.
