2010_01_minibar.jpgBryan Voltaggio has taken a cue from the master (Jose Andres) by serving a limited number of diners—just four—special menus inside the kitchen. Who's ready to start the TrendWatch? "The 'restaurant-within-a-restaurant' concept, also found at Jose Andres’s six-seat Minibar in Washington’s Cafe Atlantico, gives chefs a chance to show off their artistry and, in least one case, their mastery of liquid nitrogen.
