Eating Your Words

KWLS_2011_Logo_small.jpgThe complete schedule of the Key West Literary Seminar's food themed lit-feast, The Hungry Muse: An exploration of food in literature, January 6-9, has been released. Highlights include the art of restaurant criticism with Frank Bruni, Jonathan Gold and Ruth Reichl and, for those who fancy themselves food writers, Food in America, a panel featuring publishing/editorial folk like Jason Epstein, Judith Jones, Molly O'Neill and Reichl, all waxing literary on how food writing has changed and the use of food as a metaphor. You know, like, 'eating your words'? Cost to attend all events is $495. For full schedule, click here. [EaterWire]
