Status: Opening to the public on October 23, The Bay, a "gay-friendly" 26,000 square foot waterfront "entertainment venue" housed in the space formerly known as Barchetta on the Bay, features four bars and a kitchen helmed by chef Guily Booth, formerly of Cafeina.
