It was only a matter of time before someone snagged Michael's Genuine Food & Drink pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith and forced her to put her secret, delicious recipes on paper. Goldsmith, who'd rather be in the kitchen baking and ice-cream making than worrying about self promotion, was approached by an agent and learned at the NYC Wine and Food Festival that leading cookbook publisher Clarkson Potter was hot for her Pop Tart recipes.
