Expected in January 2011: sake blue asian kitchen & bar, not just the ee cummings of Asian restaurants, but the sibling of Smoke't Southern Kitchen & Tap and Town Kitchen & Bar. Taking over the old Chispa space at 225 Altara Ave., sake blue "was inspired by several trips to New York City, Las Vegas and San Francisco," during which time the owners "visited many Asian-influenced neighborhood sake 'joints' driven by talented chefs who created high-quality food."
