Status: As we told you back in November, Jonathan Eismann has been tapped by the Mayfair Hotel & Spa to create the concept and menu for Spartico, opening to the public on Saturday, December 18, and featuring "dozens of Roman-style pizzas" cooked in an Ambrogi wood-burning oven hailing from Milan, and "classic Italian-style fare with unique ingredients producing memorable sandwiches, salads, appetizers and decadent desserts."
