Opening on Biscayne Jan 2011: City Hall The Restaurant

Status: Under construction right now, City Hall The Restaurant, the product of restaurant veteran Steven Haas (China Grill Management, Soyka), aspires to be an "All Amercian bistro [f]eaturing American comfort food with an amazing twist. Get prepared for flavor, presentation and a restaurant that just does not know how to say NO!" according to its Facebook page. The restaurant "will allow you to be who you are and have fun in the process. We are here to always make you feel welcomed and that you are part of the party."
