Making its debut today, The Setai's brand new Beach Trailer, a food truck on a swanky vacation of sorts, serving Chef David Werly's Setai ceviche, wagyu hot dogs, open faced salmon burgers and Setai burgers along with specialty drinks, wines or champagnes. Chef's sushi specials are also available daily. The Beach Trailer is open to guests and public from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from December 24 through January 3, the trailer will serve a light breakfast from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.[EaterWire]
