Though the second season of Top Chef Masters will arrive first, it's never too early to start churning the Top Chef rumor mill. The latest buzz around the nation's capital is that Bravo is flirting with filming the next season in Washington DC. There's definitely been an increased Top Cheffer presence there lately, and DC is certainly one of the biggest remaining food cities, along with the likes of Philly, New Orleans and maybe something in Texas.
