Best Chef, South: Zach Bell, Cafe Boulud at the Brazilian Court, Dean James Max, 3030 Ocean at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, Philippe Ruiz at Palme d'Or at the Biltmore, Michael Schwartz of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and Kris Wessel of Red Light Little River.
