For the February 14th episode of CBS' Undercover Boss, Hooters CEO Coby G. Brooks will leave the cushy offices of Hooters HQ, to work on the grimey, wing sauce-slathered floor of a Hooters location. Says Brooks of the experience, "When I was in school I started my career working in one of our early Hooters' kitchens and 'Undercover Boss' gave me the opportunity to get back to the front line of the restaurant.
