amd_hoffman.jpgIngrid Hoffmann will judge a cook-off competition at Heart of A Chef, Sunday April 11 at the Miami Science Museum. The event, benefiting the Florida Heart Research Institute, goes from 4pm until 7pm and will feature two competitions---one between Kurtis Jantz from Trump International Beach Resort and Jeff O'Neill from Gibraltar at Grove Isle and judged by Hoffmann, and the other between Coral Gables Senior High and John Ferguson Senior High, a culmination of a county wide high school cook-off. The team that wins the high school cook off wins a day at LeCordon Bleu. Other activities include wine tastings, a farmers market from Whole Foods, cup cake decorating, a sushi making class and assorted cooking demos. Admission is $30 for adults and $13 for children.
