Donatella Cooks, Realtors Hope Buyers Bite

Donatella Arpaia's coming back to town, this time for the launch of her new book, Donatella Cooks: Simple Food Made Glamorous. Instead of a regular ol' book signing, Arpaia will celebrate with cooking demos and wine pairings taking place in "three new luxury condominiums at Viceroy Residences." That would be the same residences attached to the hotel where her restaurant Eos is located. The same residences where J-Lo and Marc Anthony were allegedly moving that were not immune to Florida's real estate slump. The event, a private, by invitation only soiree, takes place on Tuesday, April 20. Usually you have to buy a book to attend a book signing.
