Tim Elfrink at the Miami New Times has the latest on the whole Yelp situation as well as a copy of a letter in which Yelp's Elite Squad was "accused of being 'an agent of coercion,' and instructs the [website's paid Midwestern] scout to keep correspondence and documents related to their reviews."
