Ortanique's Cindy Hutson will teach a cooking master class to sophomore and junior high school students enrolled in the award-winning culinary arts program at the Robert Morgan Education Center Thursday, April 29. Hutson will work with the students to create dishes for The Art of Found Objects, an upcoming fundraiser for The Education Fund on May 14 at The Atrium in the Design District. Students will also work with Azul's Clay Conley and Ken Lyons of Fratelli Lyon and The Cape Cod Room. A far cry from our Home Ec class with Betty Crocker and Chef Boyardee, that's for sure.
