Top Chef season 6 contestant and Hollywood Beach Marriott execu chef Ron Duprat will be giving a cooking demo at Whole Foods Market in Coral Gables on Tuesday, May 4 from 6pm to 8pm. Duprat will recreate the Chilean sea bass he made in one of the quickfire challenges as well as a tasting of the dish with wine pairing. He'll also offer cooking tips, stories of growing up in Haiti and behind-the-scenes dish on the Bravo reality show. Cost is $25 per person, 100 % of which goes to Food for the Poor. [EaterWire]
