Aiming for a June opening is Wine Depot & Bistro 555 at 555 Jefferson Ave. on South Beach, a warehouse-style wine store, wine bar, bistro, food market and rooftop event space. The Wine Depot itself is a whopping 6,700 square feet, divided into private cellar, wine racks, lounge, bar and small market. Wines and champagnes will start at $35 a bottle while by the glass selections will range from $7 to $30. Bistro 555 is comprised of a 2,250 square foot patio and will feature sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, soups, spreads and canapé. The market will consist of caviar, cheeses, meats, sausages and other items. Wine Depot & Bistro will be open daily from 11am to 11pm and will also deliver. [EaterWire]
