Starting now, all mozzarella mavens are invited to register for the "What's Your Mozz?" challenge by becoming a Facebook fan of English's Fort Lauderdale restaurant, da Campo Osteria and by emailing their fave creations here . Top ten recipes will be selected by da Campo's execu chef Joshua Hedquist and their creators will be invited to partake in a food fair at the restaurant's host hotel, Il Lugano, where their recipes will be judged by a VIP panel who will carefully select three finalists to be judged by English himself. Winning dish will be featured on the da Campo Osteria menu for one month.
