Food Networking

goldsmith.jpegMichael's Genuine Food & Drink pastry poobah Hedy Goldsmith will appear on the June 21st episode of Food Network’s The Best Thing I Ever Ate. On the episode, Frank Bruni of The New York Times, Iron Chef Michael Symon, and chef Scott Conant will sing the praises of Goldsmith’s pastry prowess. Goldsmith filmed her portion of the episode in the kitchen at Michael’s Genuine this past April. “Having folks in the industry I respect sound off like this means a lot to me,” Goldsmith said. Unfortunately she won't be here to watch but at MGFD's new Cayman Islands outpost. “I’ll be in the kitchen cooking, as always,” quips Goldsmith. “Good thing there’s always DVR.” For behind the scenes footage of the show's shoot, click here.
