Status: Opening on July 10, bistro e is the latest Miami offering from Chef Michael Psilakis and restaurateur Donatella Arpaia, "a new concept for fast, inspired and affordable downtown breakfast and lunch." Don't bother looking for a new address as e shares the same space as Eos and will serve snacks, appetizers, soups, specials and a signature "e I box, "think First Generation American cuisine served bento box style," or, rather, a three-course lunch box for $15.
