Indian food fanatic Victoria Pesce Elliott gave three stars to Bombay Darbar, an impressive review for "a chickpea-size space on Commodore Plaza." She liked the pappadam, the "green-as-fresh-cut grass coriander" chutney, "transporting and finely seasoned saag chicken," "deliciously nutty and satisfying (albeit somewhat clunky vegetable pakora," "utterly enchanting pan seared mahi," "could not be better yellow lentil dhal," and pretty much everything, really. Overall, VPE said the resto was "a dreamy addition to a rather dismal dining scene in Coconut Grove." [Miami.com]
