Chef Shuffles

avalon.jpgThere's a new executive chef in the kitchen at A Fish Called Avalon. Kal Abdalla, best known for his long running stint at The Forge, is the new guy in charge. New menu will include, among other things: spicy big eye tuna tartare with kimchi, oranges, jalapeno, pine nuts, cilantro and drizzled with a sesame oil; polenta-crusted salmon with steamed spinach, roasted beets and an orange-zested caper berry tartar sauce; and baby back ribs in a watermelon-barbeque glaze with a pineapple coleslaw and sweet potato gaufrettes.
