Cueing Up For Summer

For Red, The Steakhouse, summer means Sunday rooftop barbeques every week at 7 p.m. starring executive chef Peter Vauthy on the grill. Menu items will include kabobs of Certified Angus Beef Prime filet with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and vidalia onions, baby back ribs, corn on the cob, Yukon gold potato salad, and grilled skewers of citrus-chile marinated gulf shrimp on sugar cane.
