Before the Design District became an epicurean hot spot, before Buena Vista was something other than a lake near Disney, there was 190, chef/owner Alan Hughes's homage to all things bohemian and, ultimately, all things ahead of their time. After a few unfortunate incarnations as other bars/restaurants, the space formerly known as 190 is reopening once again, this time as Lounge 46 (190 NE 46th St.), a beer and wine lounge serving, says Thrillist, "Americane cuisine."
